*CALL TO CONFESSION John Richmond
*UNISON CONFESSION OF SIN John Richmond
Almighty God, you have the answers to all our questions. Why then, do we seek our answers elsewhere? Why do we pursue vain idols, which cannot help, and ignore the God whose power can do anything? Even when we try to do your will, O Lord, we still look other places for our comfort. Forgive us, O God of mercy, and strengthen our faith in you. Because in faith, we believe in you. Amen.
Lord, have mercy upon us.
Christ, have mercy upon us.
Lord, have mercy upon us.
*WORDS OF ASSURANCE Jared McGill
We have heard of your miracles and felt your love. We put our faith in you.
Thanks be to God. In Jesus Christ we are forgiven! Amen.
*CONGREGATIONAL RESPONSE

This is the good news which we have received, in which we stand, and by which we are saved, if we hold it fast: that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day, and that he appeared first to the women, then to Peter, and to the Twelve, and then to many faithful witnesses. We believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God. Jesus Christ is the first and the last, the beginning and the end; he is our Lord and our God. Amen.

*CONGREGATIONAL RESPONSE Let There Be Peace on Earth
Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me,
Let there be peace on earth, the peace that was meant to be.
With God as our Father, brothers all are we,
Let me walk with my brother, in perfect harmony.
Let peace begin with me, let this be the moment now,
With every step I take, let this be my solemn vow,
To take each moment and live each moment in peace eternally.
Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me!
